Most of outdoor wireless Access Points offers bridge mode for PTP (Point to Point) or PTMP (Point to Multipoint) connections.
In such scenarios, an industrial switch that can offer LACP link aggregation function helps the outdoor wireless Access Points to achieve higher bandwidth in between. The LACP link aggregation function also helps to handle high speed radio by trunking ports together when a wireless Access Point with speed of 300Mbps and a switch of 10/100TX is not able to handle 300M or 240M speed.
